Pietro's Vegetable Garden
A few meters from the Grotta del Musco, on a predominantly volcanic soil, Pietro Dubini, oenologist and producer of Palazzone wines, as well as a gardener by passion, wanted to retrace the footsteps of tradition to bring the seasonal fruits of the earth to the dishes of our restaurant.
The vegetable garden, in addition to sustainability and biodiversity, is an expression of craftsmanship, which can be found in the dishes as well as in our wines.
